Copyright, Credits & Removal Policy

Last updated: February 21, 2026

This Copyright, Credits & Removal Policy (Policy) explains how RWK Systems (we, us, our) handles ownership, attribution, and removal requests for content appearing on CraftBeerArtwork.com (the Site). This Policy is part of the Site’s legal documentation located at /legal/.

  1. Purpose The Site is a photo-driven catalog showcasing craft beer label and packaging artwork through original photography and editorial context. Our intent is to celebrate the artists and breweries behind the work, document releases, and help people discover and support creators.
  2. Ownership and rights

2.1 Site photography and original content Unless otherwise noted, photographs and original written content on the Site are owned by RWK Systems (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

2.2 Underlying artwork and trademarks

Photographs on the Site often depict artwork created and owned by artists, breweries, and/or their licensors. The Site does not claim ownership of the underlying artwork, product names, logos, or trademarks shown on the Site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

  1. Credits and corrections We make a good-faith effort to credit breweries and artists when known. If you see missing, incorrect, or incomplete attribution, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
  2. Removal and opt-out requests RWK Systems respects the preferences of artists, breweries, rights holders, and authorized representatives.

If you are an artist, brewery, rights holder, or authorized representative and prefer that certain material not appear on the Site, you may request removal or exclusion.

4.1 What we will do upon a valid request

Upon a valid request, we will:

  • remove the requested image(s) and/or related content from public view, and
  • replace the removed material with a brief note stating:

“This material has been removed at the request of [artist/brewery/rightsholder name].”

Where practical, we may keep non-image factual metadata (for example, brewery name, product name, style, year) to preserve catalog continuity, unless you request removal of the entire entry.

4.2 How to submit a removal request

Please contact us with:

  1. your name and role (artist, brewery, rights holder, or authorized agent)
  2. the URL(s) of the page(s) in question (or enough detail to locate the content)
  3. what you want removed (specific image(s), specific section(s), or the entire entry)
  4. a brief statement explaining the basis of your request (opt-out preference or rights-based request)
  5. reasonable verification of authority if you are acting on behalf of another person or entity

We may request additional information if needed to confirm authority or identify the relevant content.

4.3 Response time

We aim to acknowledge requests within [X] business days and complete removals within [Y] business days, depending on verification and scope.

  1. Acceptable requests; abuse Requests made in good faith and by a party with appropriate authority will be honored as described above. Requests intended to harass, misrepresent, or made without appropriate authority may be declined.
